CNC Operator
Duties:

  • Operate all machinery used in the manufacturing process
  • Perform accurate fabrication of products (including custom closets, organization systems, and accessories)
  • Operate forklift
  • Maintain a safe environment
  • Maintain shop cleanliness
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Design Consultant
As a consultant, you will meet with prospective clients in their homes to design and sell custom organization systems for closets, home offices, pantries, and other spaces. During the in-home consultation process, the Design Consultant assesses space and needs and then uses Closet America’s sophisticated software design tools to create 3D digital renderings for the customer and for our manufacturing facility in Landover, MD. You’ll enjoy the challenge and reward of transforming lives, one space at a time.

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience or exceptional ability to build rapport with clients. You’re able to build a client referral base by nurturing successful relationships with our customers.
  • Exceptional spatial awareness. You have the ability to visualize design solutions and how they will work within a limited space. You perform precise, detailed, and accurate field measures in a residential/commercial environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills. You have a professional presence and a dedication to exceeding client expectations with your problem-solving attitude.

Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, establishing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives and brand. Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.

Duties:

  • Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
  • Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
  • Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
  • Negotiating and purchasing traditional and digital media in line with marketing budget.
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining brand management and corporate identity
  • Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
  • Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications, minimum of 5 years of direct response marketing experience, with at least 3 years of management experience; any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Consistently demonstrate the ability to understand and use CRM programs – knowledge of Salesforce/i360 preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
